Manage an assigned portfolio of clients for factoring and asset-based lending: monitor financial condition, underwrite and structure deals, ensure compliance and legal documentation, control risk and profitability, resolve service issues, propose process improvements, and operate within budget to meet profit objectives.

Performs IT audits assessing compliance with regulations and internal policies. Assists with audit planning, SOX ITGC testing, risk-based technology reviews, data analysis, issue validation, and remediation monitoring. Identifies control deficiencies, process inefficiencies, anomalies, and noncompliance, then communicates findings and recommendations to audit leadership and business stakeholders. Supports risk assessments and helps strengthen controls and reduce technology and business-process risk.

Prospects, qualifies, and closes new commercial finance accounts focused on working capital. Builds referral networks and customer relationships, manages sales pipelines, negotiates profitable deals, presents financial products, gathers borrower information for underwriting, and meets volume, margin, fee, and cross-sell targets. Requires strong solutions-based sales performance, financial literacy, communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
