Support new and used truck sales by maintaining DMS records, preparing and reviewing billing and contract documents, creating purchase orders, posting stock units online, coordinating with marketing, organizing paperwork/scans, and assisting billing to complete invoicing.

Provide administrative and project support to corporate leadership: draft presentations and reports, manage expense reports, arrange domestic and occasional international travel, schedule and run in-person and virtual meetings (Teams/Zoom), coordinate events and recruiting activities, maintain key business documentation, and follow up on action items.

Process and review vendor invoices, reconcile statements, support month- and year-end close activities, assist with AP journal entries and 1099s, manage front desk phone and visitor reception, handle mail and basic HR/admin tasks, and support accounting projects.

Support lease and rental fleet operations by processing invoices and purchase orders, managing ELDs and fleet documentation, ensuring insurance and DOT compliance, assisting collections and audits, coordinating IFTA and IRP paperwork, and handling returns and chargebacks.
