Provide commercial transactional legal support for large, complex merchant and partner deals globally. Negotiate and draft multinational agreements, advise sales and cross-functional teams on payments, licensing, and regulatory risk, manage deal closings, ensure compliance, escalate high-stakes issues, and develop risk management frameworks to protect PayPal's legal interests.

Manage the full eDiscovery lifecycle for litigation matters: scope and execute ESI collection, processing, review, and production. Use Relativity One, BrainSpace, iPro and other tools, ensure QC and metrics reporting, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, mentor teams, and produce attorney-facing reports.

The role involves strategic consulting on mobility and immigration, policy implementation, data analysis, and managing stakeholder partnerships. Requires significant experience in global mobility and compliance frameworks.
