Builds operating rhythms, uses analytics to guide decisions, improves processes, and coordinates Product, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, and Revenue Operations teams to drive growth and execution.

Leads product direction for PayPal’s risk decisioning platform and a portfolio of fraud, credit, and account-integrity strategies. Defines multi-year vision, prioritizes platform investments, migrates strategies from legacy systems, and launches experimentation and automation initiatives. Partners with risk, data science, engineering, design, and business teams to optimize losses, approvals, customer experience, and savings. Represents the domain to executives, manages cross-functional delivery, and mentors product managers.
