The Senior Compliance Analyst develops and administers compliance programs, manages compliance policies, conducts reviews, and oversees compliance training and inquiries in options trading.

Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll via Workday for exempt and non-exempt employees; manage payroll tax registrations and notices; support year-end W-2s and external audits; reconcile payroll bank transactions and GL accounts; partner with HR, Finance, and Treasury; create ad hoc reporting and drive payroll process improvements and automation.

Join the evening core engineering team to develop and maintain finance and trading systems (PnL, positions, reconciliations). Collaborate cross-functionally, support production environments, monitor performance, troubleshoot incidents, and hand off to Budapest for follow-the-sun operations while contributing across the full product lifecycle.
