Develop and grow customer accounts through prospecting, cold calling, quotes, and relationship management. Coordinate bids and orders internally, use ERP/CRM tools to monitor account performance, meet sales budgets, and escalate issues. Participate in budgeting, business reviews, competitive analysis, and team-sell activities to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
