Provides technical leadership for brokerage and RIA technology platforms, defining architecture, standards, roadmaps, and reusable AWS serverless data-integration capabilities. Leads complex cross-team initiatives, architecture reviews, technical risk resolution, and solution delivery while remaining hands-on. Partners with business, product, cybersecurity, and engineering leaders, mentors senior engineers, evaluates emerging technologies, and promotes scalable, secure, observable, and reliable engineering practices.

Supports the maintenance, revision, approval, repository management, and online posting of organizational forms and correspondence. Coordinates print and direct-mail campaigns, production schedules, vendor instructions, estimates, inventory, fulfillment materials, and issue resolution. Partners with internal teams, vendors, and technology groups to ensure accuracy, compliance with procedures, budget alignment, and timely delivery of outgoing communications.

Lead reliability strategy and architecture for distributed systems in a regulated financial environment. Design automation, observability, SLOs, SLIs, incident response, CI/CD, deployment, rollback, and release practices. Lead major incident response and root cause analysis, improve operational tooling, assess change risk, ensure compliance, and mentor engineers while influencing application and platform architecture.
