Sales and Operations Management Trainees develop customer solutions, generate leads, manage customer relationships, oversee vehicle inventory, and balance fleet productivity, profitability, and satisfaction. Employees must drive company vehicles, meet DOT safety requirements, maintain attendance, and travel locally as needed.

Entry-level trainee responsible for developing customer solutions, generating leads, managing vehicle inventory and fleet productivity, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting sales, operations, finance, and customer service while complying with DOT driving and safety requirements.

Supports operational excellence initiatives through industrial engineering tasks: data organization, analysis, visualization, process mapping, time studies, SOP and documentation creation, and process automation to identify and reduce waste. Develops dashboards, performs analytics, and delivers findings and recommendations.
