Perform preventative maintenance and major/minor repairs on truck and trailer equipment, diagnose engines/transmissions/differentials, perform road tests, maintain safe and clean work areas, use Penske tools and diagnostics to log repairs, mentor others, complete assigned projects, comply with DOT/OSHA safety rules, and participate in required training.

Coordinate emergency roadside assistance through high-volume inbound/outbound customer and service-provider communications, document interactions, troubleshoot breakdowns, escalate complex events, and complete ongoing training to minimize downtime and cost.

Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, parts replacement and basic repairs on heavy-duty trucks, tractors and trailers. Follow DOT and OSHA safety rules, maintain driver qualification files, complete service and parts orders using computers, and meet physical demands including lifting, climbing and working outdoors.
