Entry-level Sales and Operations trainee responsible for developing customer solutions, generating leads, managing fleet inventory and profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Role requires driving Penske vehicles (including 26' box truck), maintaining DOT driver qualification records, traveling within the district, completing background and drug screening, and supporting sales, operations, finance, and customer service functions.

Support operational excellence initiatives through data analysis, automation, and process improvement. Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards, conduct time studies and process mapping, create SOPs and documentation, identify waste and recommend automation solutions, and manage related projects and content. Travel ~10-25%.
