Manages import/export and global trade compliance, including HTS and ECCN classifications, customs and sanctions requirements, restricted-party screening, FTA eligibility, audits, and regulatory records. Coordinates with engineering, supply chain, logistics, procurement, sales, customs brokers, freight forwarders, regulators, and third-party logistics providers. Resolves blocked transactions, investigates compliance risks, monitors regulatory changes, and recommends corrective actions while maintaining accurate ERP and audit-ready documentation.

Provides technical application engineering support for pump products, including specification review, hydraulic calculations, custom quotations, product sizing, cost estimates, system design, and field troubleshooting. The role supports manufacturing issue resolution, vendor quoting, design improvements, special-order concepts, and pump selection submittals while collaborating with customers, distributors, OEMs, sales, and manufacturing.

Manage RainSoft accounts across the North Atlantic region: recruit, onboard, and train dealers; execute in-field and in-home sales training; develop distributor relationships; collaborate with Home Depot and internal marketing/product teams; run regional sales meetings and forecasting. Role requires extensive travel (≈26 weeks/year).
