Serve as the technical backbone for customer relationships: design, deploy, and optimize integrations and solutions; troubleshoot complex technical issues; drive onboarding and adoption; provide product feedback; and create documentation and enablement resources while collaborating with engineering, product, and GTM teams.

Lead end-to-end technical implementations in customer environments, design custom integrations and workflows, diagnose and resolve complex issues, partner with customer engineering teams, and produce deployment playbooks and technical documentation.

First dedicated marketing hire at a Series A AI infrastructure startup. Partner with the CEO to build product positioning, messaging, content strategy, thought leadership, demand generation, brand identity, events/community programs, and sales enablement. Target technical buyers and developer audiences to generate awareness and pipeline while shaping go-to-market strategy and marketing systems from the ground up.

Build and maintain end-to-end product features across frontend and backend. Design frontend architecture with React, participate in technical design and customer-facing support, document features, collaborate with product, and own projects from spec through launch while ensuring code quality and reliability.

Build and own full-stack platform features (primarily backend in Golang, frontend in React), design APIs and architecture, engage directly with customers, ensure scale and reliability, and develop infrastructure for AI agent workflows including tooling, observability, and guardrails.
