Serve as the technical backbone for customer relationships: design, deploy, and optimize integrations and solutions; troubleshoot complex technical issues; drive onboarding and adoption; provide product feedback; and create documentation and enablement resources while collaborating with engineering, product, and GTM teams.

Serve as the technical lead for the GTM team: perform deep technical discovery, design tailored solutions, run demos and enterprise POCs, support architecture and security evaluations, partner with Account Executives through the sales cycle, and feed customer insights back to product and engineering. Build demo environments and enablement materials to accelerate technical evaluations.

Own top-of-funnel growth by outbound prospecting across enterprise and growth accounts. Secure meetings via LinkedIn, cold calling, email, events and creative outreach. Run experiments, analyze results, build targeted prospect lists using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Clay), execute multi-channel campaigns, and partner with AEs and founders on account planning and discovery.
