Analyze derivatives-market data and develop regulatory reporting standards, schemas, validation rules, mappings, and technical guidance. Review exchange submissions for errors, duplicates, missing fields, anomalies, and cross-dataset mismatches using SQL Server and Redshift. Support data loading, UAT and production troubleshooting, stakeholder coordination, industry working groups, and onboarding of new market participants while maintaining data integrity for CFTC reporting.

Develop and maintain Jira, Java, and Azure .NET enterprise applications; lead Jira and Confluence migrations to Atlassian Cloud; administer, patch, secure, and troubleshoot application environments; integrate external systems; modernize legacy platforms; analyze requirements and document technical designs; mentor developers; coordinate delivery; and support government stakeholders. The role requires extensive Azure, Atlassian, software development, database, web server, and application administration expertise.

Lead Peraton’s Federal EHR deployment for the Armed Forces Retirement Home across Washington, DC, and Gulfport. Own program strategy, government and contractor coordination, WBS and IMS management, PWS development, contract alignment, deliverables, milestones, risks, and acceptance criteria. Oversee deployment from planning through configuration, training, go-live, and stabilization while representing Peraton in government reviews. Ensure performance outcomes, regulatory requirements, and patient-care continuity across both campuses.
