Leads and develops a global Technical Account Management team supporting enterprise customers. Oversees customer service delivery, escalations, account planning, capacity management, performance metrics, and operational improvements. Partners with Customer Success, Sales, Support, Consulting, Engineering, and Product to improve retention, renewals, expansion, and customer outcomes. Represents customer and team needs internally while evolving TAM programs and processes.

Lead Percona’s global channels and alliances strategy across hyperscalers, VARs, and systems integrators. Build partner programs, manage AWS marketplace and co-sell initiatives, expand regional partnerships, establish deal registration and attribution processes, and drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. The role requires cross-functional leadership across sales, services, finance, legal, marketing, product, and engineering, with a focus on measurable partner productivity and scalable operating foundations.

Create and maintain user-oriented technical documentation for PostgreSQL products, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, user guides, manuals, man pages, help prompts, and release notes. Collaborate with engineering, product, development, QA, and documentation teams in a distributed docs-as-code environment. Use Markdown, version control, diagrams, AI tools, and documentation testing practices while contributing to documentation strategy and potentially open-source projects.
