Leads Percona’s globally distributed Global Services organization, overseeing Support, Managed Services, Professional Services, project management, and delivery operations. Owns service quality, customer satisfaction, strategic planning, operational improvement, AI-first transformation, knowledge management, and P&L performance. Partners with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to shape strategy and innovation while maintaining expertise in open source database technologies. Develops high-performing teams, builds customer and community relationships, monitors market trends, and drives experimentation, efficiency, and scalable service delivery.

Create and maintain user-oriented technical documentation for PostgreSQL products, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, user guides, manuals, man pages, help prompts, and release notes. Collaborate with engineering, product, development, QA, and documentation teams in a distributed docs-as-code environment. Use Markdown, version control, diagrams, AI tools, and documentation testing practices while contributing to documentation strategy and potentially open-source projects.

Provide expert MongoDB technical support, troubleshoot complex deployments, administer Linux systems, advise on schema/design, performance tuning, backups, monitoring, and collaborate on support content and product strategy while occasionally traveling for team or customer meetings.
