Own CaptivateIQ end-to-end as the primary administrator: configure plans, ensure data integrity, resolve calculation discrepancies, manage integrations (Salesforce/HRIS/ERP), build reporting, run payout close processes, support SOX audits, and train stakeholders.

Partners with the CEO and executive team to drive company strategy, business operations, revenue and sales operations, business systems, AI infrastructure programs, and special projects. Leads KPI tracking, executive cadence, cross-functional program execution, PMO operations, acquisition due diligence and integration, systems optimization, forecasting, and organizational alignment across global functions.

Lead customer expansion and cross-sell programs across Perforce's DevOps portfolio. Develop strategy, craft customer-facing content, run in-person and virtual events, scale advocacy and reference programs, enable sales with playbooks and collateral, use segmentation and analytics to target customers, and measure campaign impact to drive engagement, adoption, and pipeline.
