The Control Engineer will handle PLC projects, support maintenance and control projects, collaborate on instrumentation issues, and provide call-out support for distillery systems.

Lead local execution of portfolio strategy across a designated geography and on-premise channel, partnering with distributors and internal teams to drive sales, pricing compliance, and brand standards. Use data and analytics to identify growth opportunities, manage key accounts, track forecasts, oversee POS logistics and budgets, and deliver monthly performance updates.

Lead distributor partnerships to drive topline growth and market share in an assigned territory. Own demand forecasting, pricing execution, state-level P&L, budgeting, and operational excellence. Use data dashboards to identify opportunities and guide decisions. Coach and develop Market Managers, set OKRs, and align cross-functional teams. Travel up to 40% and support annual and long-range planning.
