Senior methodological leader responsible for survey science, benchmarking governance, validation, and analytics for patient experience products. Partners across product, engineering, and client teams to design surveys, establish standards, perform statistical analyses, guide methodological decisions, validate innovations, and translate findings into actionable insights for healthcare improvement.

Client-facing role that configures organizational mapping for engagement surveys. Analyze HR data, build hierarchies in the survey platform, advise clients on mapping design, manage deadlines, facilitate approvals, and support service recovery while collaborating with internal teams.

Client-facing role managing HRIS data feeds and integrations for employee experience surveys. Lead onboarding, testing, and maintenance of data files; define and document data rules and configurations; ensure data quality and timely delivery; coordinate with upstream and downstream teams, escalate risks, and maintain SOP-compliant records.

Design, develop, and evaluate conversational AI agents and generative AI products. Collaborate with AI scientists, ML engineers, and Responsible AI/Model Validation teams to ensure state-of-the-art, ethical solutions and support deployment and integration of conversational systems.
