Provide world-class customer service and expert club fittings using Trackman and SAM Putt Lab, drive KPIs and bookings, maintain studio operations and merchandising, accurately enter custom orders, recommend equipment, and support front-end store functions while keeping the studio clean and operational.

Receive, inspect, organize, and stock merchandise; pick, pack, and prepare eCommerce orders; execute price changes and merchandising; handle returns; maintain a clean, safe stockroom and sales floor; provide customer service and promote products; report operational opportunities to the Operations Manager.
