Build and analyze detailed financial models for mezzanine debt and structured equity; perform underwriting, credit and comparable analysis; prepare investment committee materials; support transaction execution and due diligence; monitor portfolio performance and valuations; assist with quarterly valuations, portfolio reviews, and investor/fund materials.
