As a Senior AI Controls Solutions Engineer, you'll operationalize Phaidra's AI solutions for enterprise data center customers, collaborating with teams to model facilities and define product requirements, applying deep knowledge of control systems and AI technologies.

Lead architecture and implementation of the data platform responsible for ingestion, storage, serving, and orchestration. Build scalable streaming and batch pipelines, feature/data stores, high-throughput APIs, and production observability. Own services in production including releases and on-call, drive cross-functional initiatives, mentor engineers, and raise operational and engineering standards for multi-tenant, high-availability systems.

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you will own and develop the internal developer platform, enhancing GitOps workflows, ensuring reliability, and collaborating with engineering and security teams to improve automation and compliance.
