The Business Development Manager will focus on acquiring new clients and expanding accounts within the IT staffing sector, managing the full sales cycle and meeting revenue targets.

Monitor PnP pipelines, perform proactive health checks, triage failures (infrastructure, UTF/Analyzer, mature pipeline logic), perform simple fixes, escalate complex issues to pipeline owners with logs/context, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct trace tagging and measurement alignment.
