Contract Talent Sourcer focused on building high-quality pipelines for GTM (esp. Enterprise AEs and Solution Architects). Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI and other channels; create talent maps, deliver market intelligence (compensation, competitor hiring), partner with hiring managers, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. Continuously experiment with sourcing methodologies and champion employer brand to improve hiring outcomes.

In this role, you'll manage the complete sales cycle, build executive relationships, and drive customer partnerships to achieve business growth.

As a Solutions Architect, you will transform client business challenges into advanced models using Pigment applications, ensuring proper implementation and customer independence.
