Senior, product-embedded researcher who leads generative and evaluative studies across Consumer and Provider experiences. Owns research planning, interviews, usability tests, surveys, diary studies, synthesis, and decision-oriented artifacts. Partners with cross-functional teams to connect qualitative insight with analytics, identify cross-squad patterns and risks, and scale repeatable research practices. Experiments responsibly with AI tools to accelerate research while protecting privacy and maintaining rigor.

Lead end-to-end product design for provider-facing workflows, partnering with product, engineering, research, and business stakeholders. Translate complex marketplace and operational requirements into intuitive provider tools, raise design system quality, mentor other designers, and experiment with AI-assisted workflows to accelerate prototyping and decision-making while maintaining trust, accessibility, and product outcomes.

Lead end-to-end product design for Consumer Experience across APFM properties; translate complex senior-care decisions into intuitive workflows; partner cross-functionally to define problems, success metrics, and scope; raise design quality and shared patterns; mentor designers; and experiment with AI-assisted workflows to increase design velocity and evidence-based outcomes.
