Manage client relationships, develop findings and proposals, supervise staff, perform quality control, and support practice development and business development activities. Travel ~2020-30% regionally.

Manage the design and delivery of reporting and analytics in Workday, lead data strategy, and optimize reporting tools. Partner with teams to ensure effective analytics implementation, focusing on security and standards.
