Responsibilities include vendor and technology evaluation, strategic research, change management, training, project coordination, and establishing internal standards. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, APIs, and SQL.

Manage transaction advisory engagements for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and management buyouts. Perform quality of earnings analyses, working capital assessments, financial statement reviews, forecasts, and financial modeling. Prepare reports, proposals, and engagement letters; assess performance sustainability and transaction risks; participate in client meetings and site visits; supervise work and manage project deadlines.

Supervise and develop a team of billing specialists while overseeing accurate, timely invoice preparation and review. Monitor work in process, resolve complex billing issues, support account reconciliations and data cleanup, and collaborate with partners, job billers, managers, and internal departments. The role also owns billing procedures, ensures electronic billing accuracy, and contributes to staff training and operational improvements.
