The role manages multiple priorities, monitors deliverables and metrics, communicates status updates, and helps ensure programs are accurate, timely, compliant, and aligned with client expectations.

Supports business development through lead research and qualification, outbound campaigns, pipeline analysis, meeting preparation, proposals, Salesforce administration, reporting, and sales operations. The role collaborates with sales, marketing, operations, and external partners while developing expertise in digital medical education, pharmaceutical buying cycles, and progression into business development.
