The role coordinates customer expectations with organizational objectives, escalates delivery risks, and resolves scheduling challenges while supporting efficient Focus Factory operations.

Provides regional technical leadership and subject-matter expertise in hand soldering and rework of high-reliability PCBAs. Defines standards, qualifies tooling and equipment, architects rework processes, supports new product introduction, and leads continuous improvement. Performs and guides complex SMT and PTH repairs, including trace, pad, laminate, and jumper-wire repairs. Trains teams, supports production, leads technical projects, manages scope and schedules, and contributes to customer discussions and proposals.
