Ensures manufacturing quality compliance by monitoring operations, addressing quality issues, leading containment activities, and developing inspection strategies. Maintains quality documentation and certificates of compliance, supports audits, analyzes quality and yield metrics, and drives continuous improvement. The role trains operators, interfaces with customers on quality matters, supervises quality inspectors and technicians, and applies structured problem-solving, data analysis, experimentation, and process improvement methods.

Develops and maintains master production schedules and material requirements plans. Analyzes customer demand, inventory, production capacity, and procurement needs; creates what-if scenarios to assess demand changes; and proactively mitigates production disruptions. The role coordinates customer expectations with organizational objectives, escalates delivery risks, and resolves scheduling challenges while supporting efficient Focus Factory operations.

Provides regional technical leadership and subject-matter expertise in hand soldering and rework of high-reliability PCBAs. Defines standards, qualifies tooling and equipment, architects rework processes, supports new product introduction, and leads continuous improvement. Performs and guides complex SMT and PTH repairs, including trace, pad, laminate, and jumper-wire repairs. Trains teams, supports production, leads technical projects, manages scope and schedules, and contributes to customer discussions and proposals.
