Rotational engineer supporting critical new product introductions across Plexus manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include product, process, supplier quality, quality, and test engineering support; validation, failure analysis, tooling and process qualification, work instructions, data analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. The role requires temporary relocations lasting 3–12 months, cross-functional collaboration, mentorship participation, and a two-year program commitment.

Leads customer-facing programs and Customer Focus Teams, serving as the primary interface between customers and Plexus functions. Manages delivery commitments, business reviews, site visits, pricing negotiations, customer satisfaction, operational improvements, quality and cost metrics, and financial risks.
