Supports cost management and schedule control across engineering and construction projects. Collects and analyzes cost, schedule, progress, and performance data; updates forecasts; evaluates variances and trends; performs what-if and risk analyses; maintains Primavera P6 schedules; reviews change orders; and prepares dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

Lead the full lifecycle of complex proposals and qualifications submissions across multiple markets. Develop pursuit strategies, win themes, client-focused messaging, and persuasive written content; coordinate proposal teams, reviews, compliance, branding, and deadlines. Maintain reusable content and proposal tools, support presentations and client interviews, participate in go/no-go decisions, conduct market and competitor research, and contribute to social media, content, and event initiatives.

Develop and maintain CPM project schedules (Primavera P6), perform critical path and earned value analyses, support cost-schedule integration and change control, produce performance reports and look-aheads, and coordinate with stakeholders and contractors to manage schedule risks and forecasting across project phases.
