Own and prioritize the product backlog in JIRA, write clear user stories with acceptance criteria, lead Agile ceremonies, define roadmap and releases, collaborate with engineering/QA/operations/compliance, ensure regulatory compliance, track delivery metrics, and identify workflow automation and efficiency improvements.

Design, build, and maintain Azure-hosted web portals, CRM integrations, and the Argus EDI platform. Implement full-stack features (UI, API, data), integrate AI/automation, participate in Azure architectural decisions, and collaborate across TPA stakeholders to deliver scalable production solutions.

The Account Manager is responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention, and fostering long-term partnerships while overseeing client lifecycle activities.
