Lead channel sales for incident response and class action services by building partnerships with cyber insurers, breach coach law firms, and national legal partners. Develop referral networks of forensic and e-discovery providers, manage and expand accounts, execute channel strategy, and operate with urgency across multiple time-sensitive breach engagements to drive revenue and partner satisfaction.

Support the Chief People & Customer Officer by producing workforce and customer operations analytics, building models (headcount, attrition, outsourcing/BPO), benchmarking AI tools, tracking operational KPIs, and producing executive-ready decks and memos while coordinating across functions.

Lead the backend team, setting technical direction for a scalable platform, designing distributed systems in Golang, and mentoring engineers.
