Provide exceptional, personalized luxury retail service to high-end local and international clients. Drive sales and loyalty through proactive clienteling, manage register opening/closing and cash procedures, support CRM and inventory tasks, maintain boutique presentation and merchandising, and contribute to boutique sales and operational standards.

Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise, maintain organized stockroom, perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation, support replenishment and inter-boutique transfers, deliver product to sales floor and clients, coordinate with supply chain, and uphold stockroom standards to ensure product availability and a seamless luxury client experience.

Lead sales performance and deliver elevated client experiences at a new Chicago boutique. Support daily operations, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, CRM/clienteling, and store opening tasks. Coach and develop Sales Advisors, drive sales targets, analyze performance, and foster a high-performing team culture.
