Serve as the primary customer contact for HVACR accounts, providing product expertise, technical guidance, pricing, and sales support. Inside Sales Representative responsible for quoting PVF and plumbing products, processing sales orders, handling inbound customer inquiries, following up on orders and backorders, and closing sales. The role supports outside sales, collaborates with vendors and purchasing, promotes company services, and assists with counter, warehouse, and will-call operations. Strong customer service, communication, organization, mathematical, and computer skills are required, with commercial PVF/plumbing sales experience preferred.

Oversees multi-state payroll and employee benefits administration, ensuring accurate processing, tax compliance, regulatory adherence, reconciliations, reporting, and data security. Manages ADP Workforce Now, payroll audits, year-end activities, benefits enrollments, vendor relationships, open enrollment, leave administration, and employee inquiries. Partners with HR, Finance, IT, brokers, and external providers while leading process improvements, compliance updates, and potentially supervising payroll staff.

Leads complex cross-functional projects from planning through closeout, including branch openings, warehouse automation, technology implementations, system upgrades, and facility initiatives. Develops project plans, manages schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, dependencies, communications, and operational readiness. Facilitates stakeholder meetings, tracks accountability, reports progress to leadership, coordinates implementations and go-live activities, and improves project management processes and tools.
