Serve as the primary customer contact for HVACR accounts, providing product expertise, technical guidance, pricing, and sales support. The role requires advanced HVACR and hydronic knowledge, wholesale distribution experience, strong communication, organization, mathematical aptitude, and customer relationship skills.

Advises executives and managers, leads the HR team, oversees complex employee matters, improves HR systems and processes, analyzes workforce data, and supports a growing multi-location organization.

Inside Sales Representative responsible for quoting PVF and plumbing products, processing sales orders, handling inbound customer inquiries, following up on orders and backorders, and closing sales. The role supports outside sales, collaborates with vendors and purchasing, promotes company services, and assists with counter, warehouse, and will-call operations. Strong customer service, communication, organization, mathematical, and computer skills are required, with commercial PVF/plumbing sales experience preferred.
