Owns operational execution for priority merchant accounts across China and U.S. fulfillment centers. Coordinates leadership, warehouse teams, customer success, product, and engineering; prioritizes workloads, allocates resources, maintains SOPs and SLAs, manages Jira queues, analyzes throughput and KPIs, and mentors junior staff. Requires bilingual English and Mandarin communication, 3PL fulfillment expertise, bonded and non-bonded warehouse knowledge, and leadership during peak seasons.

Own end-to-end accounting across North American and Asian entities, including multi-currency close, consolidation, intercompany accounting, billing, collections, cash forecasting, audit, tax coordination, compliance, controls, and lender reporting. Lead the accounting team, improve financial systems and processes, and prepare the company for its first external audit while partnering with data and engineering teams.

Leads a team of seven new-business Account Executives selling complex fulfillment solutions to SMB and mid-market brands. Responsibilities include recruiting, retention, coaching, forecasting, pipeline management, deal strategy, cross-regional sales execution, playbook development, CRM discipline, and cross-functional collaboration. The role owns team performance rather than an individual quota and supports sales across Asia, Europe, Australia, and APAC.
