Teams at Post University

Provides academic leadership for the Human Resource Management program by overseeing curriculum, faculty performance and development, assessment, student progression, quality assurance, staffing, governance, and continuous improvement. Uses program data and industry engagement to maintain workforce relevance and academic standards. Teaches 6–8 courses annually, participates in university committees, supports student retention, and serves as the program’s HRM subject-matter advocate.

Manages strategic employer partnerships, develops account growth strategies, prospects for new partnerships, and drives enrollment through consultative sales, outreach, presentations, events, and partner engagement. The role maintains a sales pipeline, tracks funnel and conversion metrics, manages CRM records, and achieves application and student-start targets across an assigned territory.

Develops an online Applied Behavior Analysis course with the Instructional Design team. The SME refines course content, assignments, assessments, readings, multimedia recommendations, and learning objectives; evaluates AI-generated materials; ensures alignment with outcomes, accreditation expectations, and the Test Outline Content 6th edition; participates in iterative reviews and meetings; and verifies the completed Blackboard course build.
