The role primarily involves proposal preparation, with limited travel for customer meetings, conferences, training, and internal collaboration.

Designs and coordinates mechanical and electrical building systems in BIM using Revit and related software. Creates layouts, schematics, schedules, drawings, and shop drawing submittals; manages revisions and as-built information; coordinates MEP subcontractors; resolves design issues; supports budgeting, material ordering, field inspections, and customer communication. Ensures designs comply with specifications, building codes, safety requirements, and quality documentation standards.

The role requires managing sales growth through electrical distribution, developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and delivering presentations on Powell's products and services.
