Supports, integrates, upgrades, tests, and troubleshoots Epicor ERP, primarily accounting modules. Analyzes business processes, develops and modifies software solutions, evaluates releases, supports package selection, and prepares business cases. Provides user training, facilitates process improvement and kaizen events, documents workflows, and collaborates with business units and IT teams. Requires manufacturing and distribution knowledge, SQL and T-SQL expertise, process mapping skills, strong communication, and experience implementing, customizing, or integrating tier-two ERP systems.

Manage month-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, produce financial statements and ad-hoc reports, analyze costs and revenues, maintain ledger accuracy, support SOX/internal controls and audits, and mentor junior accountants.
