Manage month-end close, prepare journal entries and reconciliations, produce financial statements and ad-hoc reports, analyze costs and revenues, maintain ledger accuracy, support SOX/internal controls and audits, and mentor junior accountants.

Supports the accounting department with entry-level duties, primarily maintaining accounts payable records. Responsibilities include gathering audit documentation, obtaining invoice approvals, printing utility bills, maintaining vendor change forms, scanning and uploading documents, managing files, and responding to email communications.
