Lead end-to-end AI adoption engagements with executive teams: design strategy, drive change management, coach stakeholders, coordinate cross-functional delivery, monitor KPIs, and evolve methodology to embed AI into daily work.

Design and build AI-powered automation workflows and integrations for Pragmatico and clients. Lead discovery, architect solutions using LLM APIs and integration platforms (Zapier/Make.com), present solutions to stakeholders, train client teams, and create reusable automation frameworks and thought leadership content.

Serve as the executive owner for AI transformation at mid-market clients: convene and facilitate C-suite AI steering committees, build board-ready AI roadmaps tied to KPIs and ROI, coordinate delivery teams, unblock workstreams, surface expansion opportunities, and refine the AI Chief of Staff playbook to scale Pragmatico’s offerings.
