Lead statistical strategy across clinical development: design consultation, protocol and SAP authorship/review, sample size and randomization oversight, review analyses and clinical study reports, support regulatory submissions and DMC reporting, serve as SME, mentor statisticians, and coordinate with sponsors and vendors for complex programs.

Lead clinical safety and pharmacovigilance for studies: develop safety management plans, oversee SAE/SUSAR case processing and regulatory reporting, manage safety databases, prepare reporting and coding plans, train and mentor staff, support audits/inspections, manage SOPs, budgets, and safety projects, and liaise with sponsors and vendors.

The Manager, Account Development increases market awareness and customer base through direct client contact, strategy implementation, and collaboration with the Business Development Team.
