The remote Continental U.S. role requires up to 30% travel and U.S. citizenship.

Leads presales discovery, solution architecture, technical proposals, workshops, and statements of work for digital and cloud transformation services. Partners with sales, delivery teams, clients, and technology vendors to develop solutions involving application modernization, AI, data platforms, and cloud technologies. Focuses on Retail or Manufacturing transformation, executive presentations, account leadership, go-to-market development, and mentoring others.

Designs, deploys, and optimizes AWS, Citrix, and Omnissa Horizon virtual desktop infrastructure for customers. Responsibilities include architecting VDI and Workspace ONE environments, managing device and application delivery, integrating identity and zero-trust security, capacity planning, performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting infrastructure components such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, certificates, load balancers, and firewalls. The role is remote, client-facing, and documentation-focused.
