Lead presales discovery, architecture, design, and proposals for DevOps/Intelligent Ops solutions. Drive customer current-state analysis, workshops, technical solution leadership, partner alignment, and deliver technical proposals. Evangelize technical excellence, mentor teams, support account activities, and enable continuous improvement in presales and platform engineering.

Lead the national Data Center delivery practice, owning end-to-end delivery of compute, storage, data protection, hybrid cloud, and GPU/AI infrastructure. Build and scale a high-performing delivery organization, ensure on-time/on-budget executions, define repeatable delivery frameworks, and collaborate with sales, solutions architecture, and technology partners to support large-scale, multi-site deployments.

Manage project setup, validate time and expenses, execute client invoicing and vendor invoice processing in Certinia. Partner with project managers and finance to resolve billing discrepancies, support revenue recognition, monitor project financials, and develop reporting/dashboards. Use AI tools to streamline workflows and improve billing accuracy, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
