Lead daily powder coating operations including personnel coordination, workflow management, quality assurance, equipment/process control, inventory management, safety, and continuous improvement to meet production, quality, and delivery targets.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing and skilled trades across assigned locations. Source candidates, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, track recruiting metrics, and support employer branding and hiring events.

Manage day-to-day IT support and infrastructure operations, lead MSP/vendor relationships, provide hands-on troubleshooting for endpoints, servers, networks and cloud, develop automation/tools, and drive service improvements and projects to meet SLAs and availability targets.
