Provide organizational change management (OCM) strategy, planning, and communications for an ERP implementation (preference for SAP). Lead OCM activities, stakeholder engagement, and communications across the project. Contract position based in Saint Charles, IL for 11 months, start ASAP.

Contract SAP HCM functional consultant to configure PA and OM modules, lead full life-cycle implementations, create personnel areas, troubleshoot interfaces, and engage with senior HR stakeholders. Requires strong communication skills and EHP 6.0 experience.

Implement and extend HANA Live models, translate business requirements into technical specifications, develop HANA views and hierarchies, run reports in Analysis for Office, and perform debugging using SQL and RDBMS fundamentals to support SAP functional areas (SD, MM, PP, FI).
