Responsibilities include improving equipment effectiveness and product quality, implementing robotics and digital solutions, managing project scope, schedules and budgets, maintaining health, safety and quality standards, and coaching cross-functional teams.

Lead end-to-end IT and OT operations for a manufacturing site or distribution center. Responsibilities include maintaining resilient, secure, and compliant infrastructure and applications; supporting manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain operations; leading digital technology projects; managing incidents, risks, and continuous improvement; implementing cybersecurity strategies across industrial control systems, networks, endpoints, and applications; and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Interns support end-to-end IT and operational technology for manufacturing sites or distribution centers. Responsibilities may include integrating digital technologies, supporting IT operations and infrastructure, managing incidents and changes, improving resilience and compliance, identifying cybersecurity threats, mitigating risks, and supporting security across industrial control systems, networks, endpoints, and applications. The role also involves project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Serve as the HR Business Partner for the North Chicago manufacturing plant, reporting to the Site HR Leader. Support employee well-being and development, lead HR initiatives and small projects, deliver HR operational excellence via systems, identify business opportunities, and balance employee and business needs.

Lead and own plant initiative start-up, change management, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ). Develop integrated start-up plans, manage GSUM+ processes, coordinate risk mitigation, train teams, track costs and metrics, and ensure successful handover and continuous improvement for plant projects.
