Participate in a 12-week manufacturing internship within P&G’s Product Supply team. Lead or support projects involving process optimization, loss elimination, packaging and converting, automation, robotics, control systems, capital projects, safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Apply engineering, data analysis, and problem-solving skills in a hands-on plant environment while collaborating with experienced professionals and developing leadership capabilities.

This 12-week engineering internship supports P&G technical centers and manufacturing sites. Interns contribute to automation and controls, mechanical design, packaging, manufacturing process development, instrumentation, robotics, and environmental or civil engineering projects. Responsibilities include technical analysis, prototyping, process optimization, equipment and control-system development, validation, supplier collaboration, and sustainability initiatives. Interns receive mentorship, training, hands-on project ownership, and exposure to advanced manufacturing and Industry 4.0 technologies.

Leads engineering projects spanning automation, robotics, mechanical design, manufacturing process development, packaging, instrumentation, metrology, and infrastructure. Builds technical capabilities, develops innovative engineering solutions, translates R&D into scalable processes, improves production systems, manages project execution, qualifies suppliers, and ensures health, safety, environmental, and quality standards. The role requires technical problem-solving, leadership, collaboration, adaptability, and willingness to travel and relocate.
