Leads pre-commissioning services across a geographic territory, overseeing concurrent data center construction projects and managing 5–8 Project Managers. Owns safety, quality, compliance, financial performance, forecasting, resource allocation, customer relationships, project recovery, and operational standards. Develops leaders, drives continuous improvement, supports sales and growth efforts, and provides executive visibility into risks and opportunities. Extensive travel is required for field leadership, customer engagement, project reviews, and urgent interventions.

Hunter-led consultative sales role targeting data center owners, operators, contractors, and enterprises. Prospect, win net-new logos, design tailored lifecycle service solutions, grow engagements into multi-site and managed programs, collaborate with technical experts and national account leaders, and maintain CRM pipeline and forecasting to meet revenue targets.
