Leads the paid media delivery team, serving as the internal expert for Google Ads, Meta Ads, social, and programmatic channels. Builds automation, coaches managers and specialists, maintains channel expertise, pilots emerging platforms, and coordinates with the PMO on resourcing and delivery. The role focuses on scalable systems, documented processes, team development, and operational excellence rather than client relationships or direct execution.

Develop and execute integrated SEO and GEO strategies for travel and hospitality accounts. Responsibilities include technical audits, content and keyword research, authority building, AI-visibility analysis, performance reporting, roadmap development, implementation QA, and client support. The role collaborates with account and project managers, coordinates specialists, uses AI tools for research and workflow automation, and tests emerging search technologies and GEO methods.

The Account Director will manage client relationships, oversee strategic planning, and ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts across the agency's travel accounts, focusing on digital marketing and performance outcomes.
