Builds relationships with universities, national laboratories, research consortia, and government stakeholders; develops collaborative research programs and joint funding proposals; evaluates and transitions partnerships into execution; represents PsiQuantum in technical forums; advises universities on quantum workforce needs; and supports regional recruiting and talent pipelines.
